仕事内容

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for identifying and developing sales/growth opportunities for GE military products and services, including both engines and systems, in Japan. The candidate should have technical background and strong communication skills to confidently represent our aerospace and marine products and services to government, armed forces and industry entities in the region.

Essential Responsibilities:



・Represent military engine and systems product lines to position our products and services successfully in the military market

・Provide expertise and insight into regional customers’ military priorities, budgets, procurement and policy procedures; provide insight into long term trends and market conditions for GE Aerospace’s Defense and Systems products and services

・Establish detailed customer profiles that identify short term and longer-term growth opportunities

・Provide guidance and support to regional leadership, senior management and headquarter personnel on defense procurement processes and regulations and import/export requirements for defense articles

・Lead the development and execution of an overall growth strategy for military engine and systems products/services

・Provide leadership for existing and new engine and systems sales and marketing campaigns

・Assist in executing an industry strategy with public and private sectors

・Carry out additional activities as needed/required by the business to support and grow in region.

・Support local and US-based GE personnel with business appointments with key political, military and industry decision-makers

・Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners in region

・All activities to be conducted in accordance with GE Aerospace integrity guidelines.

応募資格

Qualifications/Requirements:


・Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college

This role requires significant experience in the Sales & Account Management. ・Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college

・Proven military or commercial work experiences in engineering, sales, marketing or business development

・Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

・Comprehensive knowledge of military and other government and aerospace industries in Japan

・Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to quickly and effectively respond to customer needs

・Ability to effectively lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet/exceed sales plans

・Capable of building strong and lasting relationships based on strong interpersonal, influence and leadership skills

・Comfortable working in a matrix organization … ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization in multiple time zones

・Financial acumen with experience with negotiating contract terms and conditions

・Knowledge of Defense and aerospace contracting requirements, regulations and operations.

・Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally

・Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

・Prior military experience a plus

9:00-17:30(実働7.5時間/日)
※配属部署・担当業務により月次清算フレックスタイム制あり(コアタイム10:00~15:00)
