仕事内容

You will be responsible for leading the construction design and execution of business operations in the EV charging station business
- Planning and execution of operation strategies for the Power X/charging station business
- Management and operation of the charging station business (each station (base management/operation, maintenance/maintenance planning/implementation, repair planning)
- Profit and cost management, data collection/analysis of performance and sales, financial analysis including three financial tables, and solutions for business issues. Proposal and implementation of measures
- Planning, execution, maintenance, and operation of operation manuals for launching a franchise model
- Construction and manualization of business processes
- Planning and execution of new processes such as business process improvement and automation

- Experience in strategic planning and execution of business/project operations

- Knowledge of finance and business management

給与情報

900〜1,200万円（スキル・経験に応じて相談）、リモートワーク手当あり

労働時間

・1カ月間　所定労働時間：8時間×営業日数
・フレックスタイム制（コアタイム 11:00 ～ 15:00、休憩60分）
・会社判断に基づき出社、またはリモートワーク勤務
・出張あり

・休日：土日祝日、年末年始、その他会社が指定する日
・休暇：有給休暇初年度12日(入社時5日付与、６か月経過後残7日付与 )
